The MTE652T2 uses the latest 3D NAND technology for increased storage efficiency, the PCB features 30µ thick gold connection pins and corner bond technology for durability, built-in DRAM cache for fast access, an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C, and a 3K Program/Delete cycle endurance rating for reliable operation.
